MATT EDWARDS

Matt Edwards is an award winning director, editor and film maker from South Africa, now living in Los Angeles. For the last 10 years he has followed his passion and it has taken him around the world, directing and editing some of Television's most visually stunning documentary style shows and features, commercials, music videos and promos.  His work with the Foo Fighters, on the music video ‘These Days’, was nominated for MVPA’s Rock Video of the Year.  He also received a Cablefax award for his directorial and editorial work on NatGeo’s ‘Life Below Zero’.

A true visual story teller both in the field and in the edit, Matt has mastered the art of directing a compelling narrative while executing a clear game plan that sets up for an efficient and streamlined post production process.  His global knowledge and endless curiosity makes him well equipped to tackle travel minded content geared toward those who share the same passion.
